Why should I hire Avanti to create my kitchen?

Because we really, REALLY care. With every project, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager and project manager who both genuinely obsess about the success of your project, and will follow its progress closely to get ahead of and solve unexpected issues. As far as we're concerned, if you don't recommend us to your friends and family after a job has completed, we've failed.

Can Avanti compete with my lowest bid?

Maybe not. Our pricing is definitely competitive, but we believe supporting our customers is the key to a truly successful commercial kitchen project. If you end up going with someone cheaper, we won't be offended; we're not in the business of selling the equipment for bottom dollar. We value your time and our PM's will truly treat your project as if it were their own.

Wait- Are you an equipment dealer? A design firm? A subcontractor??

Yes. All of the above and more... or less, depending on your project's requirements. The years have taught us that job sites don’t always match the plans, and projects often come with unpredictable challenges.  Because of our close relationships with the manufacturers, we're usually able solve these issues before the equipment is delivered. We also have an in-house veteran installation team, as well as a national network trusted installers, and we treat them well. Our guys will always go the extra mile for us, especially when something goes awry.

What is Avanti's #1 strength?

People communicating with people– It sounds simple, but it can be scary. Not to us. If something is holding us up, you’ll hear about it when it happens– not when it’s too late. Our project scheduling is based on sharing accurate lead times and taking FULL responsibility for collecting field dimensions, with time to spare. And after your project is complete, we're still here to help with any issues involving your equipment, such as supplying warranty manuals and maintenance logs, and walking you through the warranty facilitation program.

You're just telling me what I want to hear. What's the catch?

We'll beat a lot of prices, but we're probably not going to be your lowest bid, and we're okay with that. A lot of companies can provide you with similar products, but no one we know of is able to provide the services we're so proud of. We'll meet your budget, crush your timeline, and support you through your upcoming opening. And after all is said and done, we're confident you'll call us to help with your NEXT foodservice project too!
